I stopped in from Chicago, being on a project and thought I would try it out. Glad I looked you guys up. Wow! I'm not sure if you guys have tried pulling the Finca de Dios as an espresso shot, but it's really good. Even a week and a half after opening the bag, a lot of other beans start getting stale and the pulls suffer. But the quality of these pulls and beans were astounding. Good stuff.
