I stopped in today to check out the “digs” and they are beyond description. Next time in, I will sample the offerings. Kudos to the owner of the Mad Cap Coffee Company, you have a superb operation. I really like the decor, it is unmatched in GR.

Congratulations to the newest artist to arrive in Grand Rapids and open a unique “gallery” downtown. Thanks for the passion about roasting the beans, presenting it in a great manner and making your “guests” feel truly welcome. No attitude here….just passion for a great cup of coffee. Just that simple!

I’ve been sipping Magrehb Mint tea, snacking on a Thai wrap, and working at Madcap since 11 this morning. This place really is my home away from home–not only because I’ve been here for a few hours now, but the cozy atmosphere tasty food and drinks. I’m really glad MC is in GR. Thanks for giving me yet another reason to like this city.

Well, today was my first time at MadCap. I had a Chai Tea Latte and it was the best one I have ever had. It was frothy, smooth, and the chai was strong but not overpowering. Just right! Also, I really enjoyed the pictures on the walls of the farm in Guatemala where they purchase their coffee. : )

I am in town for the weekend and discovered MadCap coffee this afternoon. I had what was without question the best latte I’ve ever had. The only bummer…they’re closed on Sunday, so I can’t make a return visit before leaving tomorrow Best of luck with the new store!
