Well, I know everyone had high expectations of us being open by now. We sure did. However, seeing as how I’ve done this a few times and with every shop I’ve opened I have never managed to open on schedule. So, maybe its just me. Anyhow, I can say that we are close. How close you ask? No more than a week out to be exact. Our flooring is being finished today, the cabinets are going in the bar, the concrete countertops are going down today and tomorrow, and my equipment is getting put in place on Friday. Its been a long road and a longer week and I can’t tell you all how excited we all are to get behind the bar. Check out our Flickr pics to see the updates. damn! things are really shaping up. the bar looks friggin sweet too. you just need to open to i have an excuse for a roadtrip.
